Registration Schedule

The Registration area will open as follows: Monday, June 6 8:00 am – 5:30 pm Tuesday, June 7 7:00 am – 5:30 pm Wednesday, June 8 7:00 am – 3:00 pm Thursday, June 9 8:00 am – 12:00 noon

Admittance to the Annual Meeting

Registrants are required to wear their badges for all meeting, exhibits, and other events. Admittance to all sessions will be with a badge only. Door monitors will be instructed not to admit non-registrant attendees. The only exception is for pre and post conference meetings for which tickets are required.

Silent Auction

This year's event benefits Self Advocates of Minnesota (SAM). A silent auction will be held in the Exhibit area during the regular exhibit hours. Bid on items of your choice! Bidding closes at 12:00 noon on Wednesday, June 8th. All items must be picked up by 1:30 pm.

Exhibit Hours

The exhibits are an integral part of the educational program, we invite you to visit them. A listing of exhibitors and the products they are displaying are listed on pages 32–34 of this program. Acceptance of exhibits by AAIDD does not imply an endorsement.

Bookstore Hours

AAIDD bookstore will be open during regular exhibit hours. Publications will be for sale. Stop by to examine our new books and journals. The Bookstore is located between the Mississippi Garden Court West and East.

The message board will be by the registration area on the lower level.
