They are tireless in their com-mitment to supporting local farmers, encouraging sustainable farming practices, saving agricultural land, championing locavores, and educating consumers. Each year they arrange an all-important Meet Your Maker day to give local producers a chance to connect with restaurant and retail purchasers. And let’s not forget the amazing annual Feast of Fields. The number of people avoiding gluten has swelled in recent years, but no one should have to go treat-free.
