edible CONTRIBUTORS John Cox is the Chef at La Bicyclette and Casanova res-taurants in Carmel, CA. He has cooked his way across the country from Mont-pelier, Vermont to Hana, Hawaii, and recently left a lucrative corporate position to pursue his passion for “real food”. His dishes have been featured by the James Beard Foundation, Art Culinaire and is actively involved with teaching local kids about sustainable-local foods. Wendy MacNaughton is an artist and illustrator based in San Francisco. Her work has been featured in Juxtapoz, GOOD, 7x7 Magazine, Time Out NY, Gizmodo and Longshot Magazine . After Lupus caused her kidneys to fail, Jessica Goldman refocused her life and her work to study food, health, and the many ways they interact.
